1. Professional Scope of Service
- Therapeutic Intent: All services provided at Well Focus Wellness are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Any illicit or suggestive remarks, advances, gestures, or inappropriate touching by a client will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be liable for the full cost of the service, will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and may be banned from future bookings. Local authorities will be notified if necessary.
2. Health & Safety Disclosure
- Client Responsibility: You must provide an accurate health history and disclose any physical conditions, allergies, or injuries (such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or recent surgeries).
- Right to Refuse: Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if they believe a condition makes the treatment unsafe (e.g., contagious skin conditions, fever, or being in the first trimester of pregnancy without medical clearance).
- Under the Influence: Services will not be performed on clients under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Full service fees will still apply.
3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We value our therapists’ time and our clients’ schedules. To maintain a consistent experience, we enforce the following:
- 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment begins on time. You will still be responsible for the full service fee.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Gift Cards
- Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
- Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact management within 24 hours.
- Gift Cards: Well Focus Wellness gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
5. Liability Waiver
By booking a service, you acknowledge that massage and spa treatments involve physical contact and manual manipulation of soft tissue. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the treatment and agree to release Well Focus Wellness and its staff from any and all claims of liability, including but not limited to, physical injury or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence.
6. Privacy & Communication

- SMS/Email Reminders: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment reminders and occasional promotional updates. You may opt out at any time.
7. Minor Policy
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the initial intake and consent forms. For clients under 16, a parent or guardian may be required to remain in the treatment room during the session.
8. Changes to Terms
Well Focus Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
